Since Memorial Day is next week, and just about everyone will be enjoying the great outdoors and grilling, I thought I’d do a recipe to fit the occasion! I love a good burger and have found they’re especially tasty if you make them from scratch!
The hubby and I plan to spend Memorial Day by the pool with some friends! We let our dogs go crazy playing together and enjoy a drink while in the water. I definitely plan on making these beauties, too!
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1.Combine beef, onion, garlic salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Form 6 patties 3/4 inch thick
3. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°
4. Build your burger however you like!
